The apartment has a direct access from the garden and well-defined interior spaces.
The living room with well-equipped kitchen and sofa bed overlooks the citrus trees in the garden. The bedroom with its blue colours that recall the sea and the sky, is particularly bright thanks to two windows and a small balcony. The bathroom is recently renovated, has a spacious shower and modern-style services, its walls are elegantly covered with a wooden pattern.

A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a laundry room with an old stone sink and a large terrace-solarium where you can enjoy a stunning panorama of the sea, Mount Etna, the Saracen Castle and part of the town.
